Salary Information: $39.29 – $53.04 / hr plus excellent benefits package

You are comfortable and skilled both in the field and in an office setting, with an aptitude for switching between working side-by-side with employees and drafting a detailed regulatory report. With an eye for finding efficient and innovative maintenance practices, you utilize your keen supervisory and project management skills to lead, coach, and inspire employees to search for the next best practice. Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s degree in water technology or related field of study and 4 years of progressively responsible experience in the maintenance or construction of water and/or wastewater systems or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the maintenance or construction of water and/or wastewater systems. Competitive candidates will have at least 2 years of supervisory or lead worker experience.
