| Description: | As an Engineering Technician, you will perform a wide range of advanced technical tasks critical to the construction, maintenance, and management of the county road system. You’ll work both in the field and the office, using your analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities to support Public Works operations.

| Qualifications/Requirements: | Minimum Qualifications To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements: • Education & Experience: o A two-year degree in engineering technology or equivalent o Minimum of two years of experience in engineering, land surveying, or GIS-related work • Certifications & Licenses: o Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record o Certification in Public Agency Work Zone Traffic Control • Preferred: o Registration in the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) in the State of Oregon within nine months of hire Email: hr@hoodrivercounty.gov If you’re ready to take the next step in your engineering career and contribute to a team dedicated to public service, we want to hear from you!
