Announcing the 2026–2027 Oregon APWA Scholarship Recipients

We are proud to announce the recipients of the 2026–2027 Oregon APWA Scholastic Foundation scholarships!

Since the program’s inception in 1981, our chapter has awarded 385 scholarships totaling $630,700 to students pursuing careers in public works fields such as civil engineering, wastewater management, and more. These scholarships not only honor past Oregon public works leaders but also engage our members in supporting the next generation of public works professionals.

Twenty-two scholarships totaling $52,500 have been awarded for the 2026-2027 school year at the following colleges and universities:

  • George Fox University
  • Oregon Institute of Technology
  • Oregon State University
  • Portland Community College
  • Southwestern Oregon Community College
  • Umpqua Community College
  • University of Portland
  • Portland State University
