Tigard is a progressive employer with a 4-day (Monday-Thursday) week, with flexible opportunities. This position is required to be in-person (combination of office and offsite meetings / project sites) 3 days per week, with the ability for up to 1 day of remote work per week and includes some evenings. | Qualifications/Requirements: | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: – Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in civil engineering or a related engineering field; and – Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in project management and professional engineering and infrastructure planning, design, plan review, permitting, and project administration experience.LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS – Possession of a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving history. – Possession of, or ability to obtain within six (6) months of appointment, a Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer license to practice in the State of Oregon.
