Salary Information: Annual Pay Range: $103,327.60 – $139,492.08
Description: Clackamas Water Environment Services (WES) is seeking a dynamic and proactive leader to join us as our Wastewater Maintenance Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who is ready to take on the challenge of leading maintenance operations that support WES’ wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.

In this role, you will oversee maintenance and repair activities – including mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage instrumentation systems – supporting wastewater treatment facilities, sewage pump stations, conveyance systems, stormwater structures, and flow monitoring stations throughout WES’s service area. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with Operations staff and WES leadership, to ensure the reliable operation of these essential public services.

We are seeking an individual with strong technical and personnel management skills to effectively guide and support a team. The ideal candidate will foster a work environment where employees feel valued, accountable, and motivated to perform their best work in coordination with WES operations and maintenance.
